Street Food!

November 2010 - Dinner #7 Theme = Street Food

Currywurst

Slice bratwurst (plan on one per person) into 1/2 in slices. Fry in a small amount of oil until golden brown on one side. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Based on serving 8 people:

In the same pan as the brats were fried in, pour in 3/4 c ketchup, 2 tb curry powder and 1/2 ts paprika. Thin with about 1/8 c water or to desired consistency. Serve each person a brat's worth of slices, with some sauce poured over and a sprinkle of curry powder on top.
